Vegetarian Cheese sandwich

This is a delicious alternative to a regular cheese sandwich. 1. Take 2 pieces of your favorite bread. 2. Now make sure you add DOUBLE the amount of lettuce you would normally use. 3. Add 6 slices of vine-ripened tomato. 4. Lightly apply a thin layer of either a nice dijon or yellow mustard. 5. Now the most important part, just forget the cheese!! 6. Garnish with pickle and chips. 7. Bon Appetite!
