Do you live within 1/4 of a mile to your bank, grocery store ? Consider not taking the car and walking. Purchase a granny cart to transport your groceries home.
Stop purchasing clothes that require dry cleaning. Purchase only 100% cotton.
One day a week eat a meatless meal, no you do not have to eat tofu, consider meals made with eggs or cheese instead of meat.
Stop purchasing water in single use bottles.
Consider installing a clothes line in your back yard vs using the dryer.
Consider signing up for "Community Support Ag" where you received fresh fruit & vegatbles from a local farm vs the grocery store where a lot of the items are shipped from a foreigh country.
Consider growing some of your won food, you can freeze the fruit & vegetables for use during the winter months.
Consider when your hot water neater needs replacement, purchasing a "On Demand System".
Stop using your automatic diswasher. Thing about the energy needed to operate and the hig cost of automatic dish washing soap ver normal diswashing soap.
Stop purchasing "paper napkins and paper towles", purchase or make cloth napkins and dish towles. Just wash and reuse.
