Texas Law & Order only applies to SOME.
Harris County Judge Donald W. Jackson was indicted for offering
to exchange Sex for getting a DWI charge dismissed.
The question to ask is Texas if famous for it's stand on Law & Order.
However, why was this Judge only indicted for a "misdemeanor".
Also this Judge will continue to draw a $140,000.00 salary while the
case is pending.
If this was an average citizen of Texas they would be sitting in Jail
with No Bail and No Job.
Texas, start treating all citizens the same.
