Carrie Harris-Muller the ex Chief Administrative Officer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plans has filed a "wrongful termination" lawsuit in Alameda County.

The lawsuit which is 20 pages and a link is provided below.  The lawsuit alleges that Kaiser funneled profits that were earned from their "Non-Profit Sector" to their "For-Profit Sector"

I wounder if this lawsuit will result in the California AG or the IRS getting involved?

As someone who have experience the "PISS POOR" care provided by Kaiser Permanente.  I would love to see Kaiser Permanente have to refund the outlandish monthly fees I have to pay.  I would also love to see their Top Level employees in jail for a few years.
