For months I have watched with interest the Righthaven LLC lawsuits proceed through the Federal Courts.
Today Federal Judge Roger Hunt fined Righthaven LLC $5,000.00 for misleading the Federal Court. You can read the full article by Steven Green of Vegas Inc. below.
But one thing I have always wondered about but have found no articles on is that Steven Gibson the lawyer who started Righthaven LLC is employeed full time with the firm of Dickinson Wright in their Las Vegas office. If Dickinson Wright is paying a full time salary to Steven Gibson what do they think of his after hours work and now the court fines ? Further if the Nevada State Bar also takes action what will happen ?
