Another day another issue arises at a Kaiser Medical Facility.
Joan Rogers a Nurse with Kaiser in Redwood city was sentenced to only 4 days in jail for punching a 91 year old patient.
I want to know what the judge was thinking only 4 days in jail, with time off for good behavior and jail over crowding this nurse will probably serve only 2 days.
Why is the California State Board of Nursing not showing this on her record ? Will after is few days in jail she be hired with a clean record and be a danger to another patient ?
