This is the most disterbing report on California Public Schools I have ever heard.
2nd grade students at Markham Elementary School in Oakland, CA were engaging in oral sex in the classrom.
I know that the teacher is on Adminstrative Leave while the investigation continues. But I do not understand why the school principal is not also on administrative leave also ?
If you have a child and can afford to home school I emplore you to remove you child from public school and home school them for thier safety.
