Phayvanh Dydouangphan shot Stanley Wallace after Phayvanh Dydouangphan found StanleyWallace in is back yard with a gun stealing his Medical  Marijuan plants.

I do not understand why as a person if I found somone breaking into my home and had a gun I could not shoot him or her.

Do we not have the right to protect our property or person ?
