Mel Gibson has asked a judge to strip Oksana Grigorieva of custody of their baby.
I think Mel Gibson should just call ICE and report her as an undesirable he has gone on the record as stating she tried to extort money from him.
If she is deported then he could have full custody.
If she really did try to extort money well then she does deserve to be deported.
