Would you work for free ?

I know that is a crazy question because every person would say NO.

I am supprised at how many people are working for free for corportations who make a ton of money every year.

Can someone please explain to me why someone would provide technical support on the forums at Google or Craigslist every day wheather it is one hour or 10 hours for free ?

These companies will never fill these positions with paid employees as long as they can get free labor.
