Fire at 550 Leavenworth? What happened?

Mind boggling for me. The apartment building near to my abode was in shambles so, I noticed on my way to work yesterday afternoon. The building always has looked a bit run down in general. I'm curious as to whether or not it was a low income housing unit. I did have to go well out of my way to find any information in regardsto the fact that it only just caught fire yesterday morning. Suspicious indeed.
