It is not safe to purchase a home without Title Insurance.
Bank are stopping all foreclosures in many States due to problems with the documents, and now the Title Insurance Companies are refusing to provide Title Insurance on the purchase of foreclosed homes.
Although California in not one of the effected States, do not believe for one minute that this will not at some point involve the foreclosures in California.
Just because you are considering purchasing a foreclosure from a bank that is not on the effected list will not protect you. The loans on the property could of been bought and sold 10 times before the property was foreclosed.
Just because you are considering purchasing a foreclosure from a bank that is not on the effected list will not protect you. You may not be able to get Title Insurance.
Do not put yourself and your finances at risk.
