If only 1/8 of the allegations in the latest lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente by Raquel Martinez and her family are proved in court, the State of California and the Federal Government should revoke the mandatory arbitration that Kaiser Permanente requires all members to accept.
Further, the State of California should revoke EVERY medical license of EVERY doctor who did not graduate from a US Medical School.
Further, the Federal Government should revoke EVERY H1B Visa of EVERY Doctor in the US.
I wonder how much money Kaiser Permanente has donated to California and Federal politicians in donations to obtain such special benefits ?
I can personally attest to the sub-standard medical care and doctors at Kaiser Permanente.
