There were come commercials on my local TV station for the IHC also know as the Institute For Human Continuity and December 21, 2012 will change everything. intrigued I went to their website www.theihc.com I was redirected to www.instituteforhumancontinuity.org, their TV commercials and website talks about how the earth will change in December 21, 2012 with catastrophic weather changes and events.
Their website was not compatible with a macintosh computer, so I used a pc still a lot of the links did not work.
The site talks about how personal bunkers and floating will ensure the short term survival.

Turns out as you can see from the Domain Registration this is just a fake site created by Sony Pictures to hype a movie.
Sony if you are going to hype a movie this way;
1. Make sure your website is compatible with macintosh.
2. Make sure all of the links on your website work.
3. Most important hide the true ownership of the website.
