I am writing this and posting here because ebay does not allow a user to post feedback on a seller they have not completed a transaction with.
I came across ebay auction that I was very interested item # 360156490090, I submitted questions to the seller, the seller did not answer or respond to any of the questions. Therefor I did not bid.
Within 10 minutes of the bid closing the seller reposted the item as item # 360158374321, I then asked the same questions. and placed a bid. I was the only bidder. Less than 1 minute of the bid closing the seller cancelled my bid stating he did not answer my questions and felt that I did not understand the terms of the auction.
The seller again reposted the item as item # 360159971862. Worrying that that the seller would again cancel my bid for not answering my earlier question I created a new account and bid, I lost the bid.
The seller again reposted the item as item # 360161620348, I tried to bid and my user id was blocked by the seller. So I created another new account and bid on the item and was the only bidder. Less that 1 minute before the close of the auction the seller again cancelled the auction. This time the seller used the reason that I asked "NO QUESTIONS".
Less than 10 minutes after the seller cancelled my bid the seller reposted the auction again as item # 360163397982.
The seller can not have it both ways, canceling an auction because you ask questions and he refuses to answer them and then canceling an auction because you do not ask questions.
It seems to me that seller will only sell the item when multiple bids on the items are received.
It seems to my that ebay should allow some flexibility in allowing bidders who think there is a problem with the seller provide feedback on that seller. Because ebay would not let me leave feedback I was forced to post this here.
It is a shame because the seller had 2 items I wanted to purchase.
