As a Citizen of the US it is deplorable that our Government Officials have continued to allow Mandatory Binding Arbitration.
As a resident of California and the US I hereby Demand the Return of my Constitutional Rights.
The only thing that Mandatory Binding Arbitration accomplishes are the following;
1. Taking away my Constitutional Rights to have access to the courts.
2. The Judges who preside over the Arbitration are not required to follow the laws.
3. Hiding the Malpractice of Doctors.
4. Hiding the Malpractice of Dentists.
5. Hiding the Malpractice of Chiropractors.
6. Hiding the Malpractice of HMO's
7. Increased Legal Fees.
