Proposed Federal Internet Sales Tax.

StreamlinedSalesTax.org and Congress are poised to enact a Federal 
Internet Sales Tax.

As an internet publisher this concerns me greatly for the following 
reasons.
1. I have signed up as an affiliate with companies such as 
Commission Junction and Pepper Jam. I do not sell anything I just
post there banners on my site. Will I be required to collect the
Internet Sales Tax.

2. I have banners that rotate from Google and other Advertising 
Networks, I am paid on a PPC or CPM basis, will I be required to
collect the Internet Sales Tax if a sale is made.
