I have a Home Line of Credit in the amount $60,000.00 which is paid in full. Today I received a letter from you stating that my is suspended effective 02/27/09.
When I obtained this Home Loan Line of Credit I paid a $500.00 origination fee and a $50.00 account maintenance fee each year in January.
Well I paid the January Maintenance Fee and lo and behold in February you suspended by Line of Credit but accepted my Annual Fee.
Today I contacted Melinda at your Credit Line Review Department requesting the return of my fees, however this was denied.
I then proceeded to contact the office of the President of the bank. I was sent to the Corporate Resolution Department. I placed my complaint and was told by Teresa Ritzer that case would be opened and someone would contact me within 48 to 72 hours.
What good is to have a Corporate Resolution Department if their is no one there to make a decision ??
I have filed a complaint with Senator Dianne Feinstein, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
