Please tell me "why is our justice system" so broken. This week in La Jolla, Ca Michael Judge Smyth sentenced Lisa Hench to 2 years in "Local Custody" for the abuse of 8 children. Judge Smyth also noted that with "Good Behavior" approx. 1/2 of the sentence would be knocked off.
