Mayumi Heene has admitted the the Balloon Boy incident was a hoax and now Child Protective Services (CPS) has become involved.
If the Heene parents made there children participate in a crime the children can be taken away form the parents.
Should the children be taken away ?

To all Orange County Cops & Judges, please explain to the Taxpayers why you are and did bring the case of Michelle Braun to court but did not bring all of the John's in her trick book to court.
You can also explain to the Taxpayers why if you chose not to bring the John's to court why were the names in the trick book not published.
