Kaiser Permanente Nurse has plead Not Guilt of placing a video camera in the employees bathroom at the Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Hopsital. The trial is expected to start in July.
What I do not understand is why the California Nursing Board has seen fit NOT to take any action and allow this person to keep his license, putting the public at risk.
