I do not understand why Gov. Moon Beam Brown and or Attorney General Kamala Harris has not shut down Kaiser Medical.

Here we go again with another lawsuit for medical negligence,    this time it is alleged that the Kaiser doctor found out Jimmy Steen was diabetic and failed to tell him or treat him until he ended up in the emergency room 2 years later.

Here is a new and interesting lawsuit against Kaiser.  Irma Scholz is suing Kaiser & Dr. Jina Lisa Janava in Alameda County.

Irma Scholz claims Dr. Jina Lisa Janava prescribed a drug called "Carbamazepine".  Irma Scholz states that this medication is not only known in the Medical Community but listed in the Physicians Desk Reference that persons of "Asian Desent" are predisposed to develop Stevens-Johnson Syndrome from taking this medication.
