I do not understand why Gov. Moon Beam Brown and or Attorney General Kamala Harris has not shut down Kaiser Medical. Here is a new and interesting lawsuit against Kaiser. Irma Scholz is suing Kaiser & Dr. Jina Lisa Janava in Alameda County. Irma Scholz claims Dr. Jina Lisa Janava prescribed a drug called "Carbamazepine". Redmond O'Neal the son of Ryan O'Neal & Farrah Fawcett was given a sentence of one year in a drug rehab facility and 3 years of probation. This stiff sentence was imposed for having heroin in his car while in a jail facility.
