Here is a new and interesting lawsuit against Kaiser. Irma Scholz is suing kaiser & Dr. Jina Lisa Janava in Alameda County. Irma Scholz claims Dr. Jina Lisa Janava prescribed a drug called "Carbamazepine". Another day another issue arises at a kaiser Medical Facility. Joan Rogers a Nurse with kaiser in Redwood city was sentenced to only 4 days in jail for punching a 91 year old patient. I want to know what the judge was thinking only 4 days in jail, with time off for good behavior and jail over crowding this nurse will probably serve only 2 days. Kaiser Permanente Nurse has plead Not Guilt of placing a video camera in the employees bathroom at the kaiser Permanente Redwood City Hopsital. The trial is expected to start in July.
