DO NOT PURCHASE A FORECLOSURE. It is not safe to purchase a home without Title Insurance. Bank are stopping all foreclosures in many States due to problems with the documents, and now the Title insurance Companies are refusing to provide Title insurance on the purchase of foreclosed homes. I though I had heard everything, however this one takes the cake. Settlers insurance Company is refusing to pay the wife the Life insurance Policy after her husband was shot by an unknown assailant be cause he had Hepatitis C.
