Another Medical Malpractice case against Kaiser Permanente but what makes this case interesting is that Michelle Chapin was not only a patient but was a Kaiser Employee.

Welfare in America
Posted On 04/09/2012 09:39:44 by Buy_USA_Only
Below is an article from the New York Tomes.  This article was disturbing to me not because welfare is going away,  but because the one sided reporting by the Jason DeParle.

Jason DeParle is happy to report how these women are suffering because of the decreases in welfare.  However,  no ware in the article did I see Jason DeParle ask these women where the fathers of these children were and why were the fathers not supporting the children they helped create.  N... Explosive new lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente
Posted On 02/29/2012 05:23:09 by National-Health-Insurance
This is the most interesting lawsuit I have yet to see against Kaiser Permanente.

What makes this case so interesting is that Dr. Barbara Zipkin is that although she is claiming that Kaiser Permanente was abusing it's Non Profit Status and providing inadequate medical care to increase it's profits (this has been claimed by other Kaiser Permanente doctors.  but that Dr. Barbara Zipkin has some balls she also made complaints to California Department of Managed Care,  Californi... High Country Pack Trip
Posted On 08/21/2011 20:55:01 by GrapevineTravelAdventures
Imagine riding a horse through snow on a warm sunny day in August.  This may sound like an impossible contradiction, but I did just that on a high country pack trip with Icicle Outfitters & Guides of Washington State.

Icicle Outfitters offers everything from day rides near Leavenworth and at Lake Wenatchee State Park, to drop camps where they pack in gear for hikers or hunters, to full service pack trips.  in the winter they even have sleigh rides.

HR 1981 Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act of 2011
As a website operator I take issue with this new bill.  Under the guise of outing "UNREGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS" I must not only hand over the history of my members but I have to maintain backups for 18 months.
Well let me tell you I will provide you with the same level of assistance that you provided me with then: 1.  I had an internet stalker. 2.  I was being click bombed by Amazon.com Elastic C... Read More

Minnesota running out of cigarettes & beer

Minnesota running out of cigarettes & beer.

I wonder how many of the elected officials in Minnesota will ever be elected to office again after the Government shutdown.

I also wonder how much money Minnesota will loose with it's citizens having to cross into the neighboring stats to purchase beer & cigarettes.

Just more stupid elected officials who have not a lick of common sense,  I wonder what they were doing when god has handing out common sense ?... Read More

I am asking every person to call every member of the Senate & House and to tell them to resolve this budget mater.

Does your Father,  Mother,  Aunt,  Uncle,  or other family member receive Social Security or Veterans Benefits.  If this budget mater is not fixed they will be without any money to purchase food.

Resurrection of a Ship, Birth of a Company
Posted On 07/10/2011 23:46:42 by GrapevineTravelAdventures
One small ship cruise line goes under.  Most people would have seen their ships as fodder for the scrap yard.  Dan Blanchard of American Safari Cruises saw them as the means to start a new company.  With the complete overhaul of two ships formerly of Glacier Bay, InnerSea Discoverieswas born, a small-ship cruise line with a taste for adventure and exploration of wild places.   The first time I saw the Wilderness Discoverer she sat high and dry in a shipyard in Seattle. California Insurance Bureau

I went to the California Insurance Bureau today to check a license.  What I wanted to know is the E & O Insurance Carrier of an Investment Representative.
The California Insurance Bureau does not list this on their website.  I spent over 13 minutes on hold,  then the person who answered the phone hung up on me.
Why would the California Insurance Bureau not have this information available to the general public,  the California Contractors board... Read More

AdSense Assistance with Disappearing Earnings
Posted On 05/17/2011 09:59:15 by SanFranciscoGrapevine
Dear AdSense Support,
On Sunday May 15th,  2011,  I noticed that I had $1.86 in earnings then the earnings disappeared down to $0.10 during the day,  the day ended at $1.14.  So Monday May 16th,  2011 I made screen shots and watched my earnings to see if this happened again.  Low and behold the Google AdSense disappearing earnings reared it's ugly head again.
Below is my earnings for Monday May 15th,  2011.  As... Read More
