Another day another lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente. This time a Mr. David Stanley alleges that he was taken to the Baldwin Park Kaiser Permanente Hospital via an ambulance after suffering a stroke. David Stanley states that Kaiser Permanente refused to provide any medical care (all hospitals in California are required to provide medical care weather the patent can pay or not). I hope Gov. Jerry Brown for the sake of every citizen of California fires every member of the State Medical Board. Here we have Dr. David Chao who has not only been convicted of DUI, but a host of lawsuits and a raid by DEA.
