This is the most interesting lawsuit I have yet to see against Kaiser Permanente. What makes this case so interesting is that Dr. Barbara Zipkin is that although she is claiming that Kaiser Permanente was abusing it's Non Profit Status and providing inadequate medical care to increase it's profits (this has been claimed by other Kaiser Permanente doctors. but that Dr. Barbara Zipkin has some balls she also made complaints to California Department of Managed Care, Californi... Another day another lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente. This time a Mr. David Stanley alleges that he was taken to the Baldwin Park Kaiser Permanente Hospital via an ambulance after suffering a stroke. Here we have Dr. David Chao who has not only been convicted of DUI, but a host of lawsuits and a raid by DEA.
