This is the most disterbing report on california Public Schools I have ever heard. 2nd grade students at Markham Elementary School in Oakland, CA were engaging in oral sex in the classrom. Here we have Dr. David Chao who has not only been convicted of DUI, but a host of lawsuits and a raid by DEA.
