boy Richard & Mayumi Heen have agreed to plead guilty.
Richard will plead guilty to a Felony. Mayumi will plead guilty to a misdemeanor.

boy incident was a hoax and now Child Protective Services (CPS) has become involved.
If the Heene parents made there children participate in a crime the children can be taken away form the parents.
Should the children be taken away ?
