If only 1/8 of the allegations in the latest lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente by Raquel Martinez and her family are proved in court,  the State of California and the Federal Government should revoke the mandatory arbitration that Kaiser Permanente requires all members to accept.

As a Citizen of the US it is deplorable that our Government Officials have continued to allow Mandatory Binding Arbitration.
As a resident of California and the US I hereby Demand the Return of my Constitutional Rights.
